Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Daman Guest House Group, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our properties.

1. Cancellation Timeline & Fees

  • Up to 7 days before check-in: Full refund of deposit amount (minus nominal bank/payment processing fees of 3%).
  • Between 3 to 7 days before check-in: 50% refund of the advance deposit amount.
  • Less than 72 hours before check-in or No-Show: No refund of advance deposit.

2. Re-scheduling Options

Guests can request to reschedule their stay date at least 48 hours prior to check-in. Rescheduling is subject to seasonal room availability and difference in rates, if any. Only one reschedule is allowed per booking deposit.

3. Refunds Processing

Once a cancellation request is approved, refunds will be credited back to your original source of payment (bank transfer or UPI) within 5 to 7 working days.

4. Force Majeure

In cases of extreme weather conditions, government restrictions, or natural events in Daman, we will assist you with full re-scheduling options or full refunds depending on the circumstances.
